Evaluate your team’s IPCR

1Team IPCR Evaluation

Supervisors and Admins unlock the Team IPCR Evaluation tab once members have submitted accomplishments.

1. Open People › IPCR › Team IPCR Evaluation.
2. Review each member’s targets against accomplishments and MOVs.
3. Supervisors see “Supervisor — Team IPCR unlocked”; Admins get “Admin — full cascade access”.

2Division and office levels

Admin accounts also see DPCR (Division) and OPCR (Office), which roll the team results up.
