Understand your KPI results
Where the numbers come from and when you acknowledge them
1Pick your period
KPIs are always scoped to a period — nothing is lifetime.
- Open People › KPI.
- Choose the Month and Year, then click Apply.
- Use the Summary link for the rolled-up view.
2The four KPI tabs
Each tab measures a different thing — read them together, not in isolation.
- Attendance KPIs — “Auto-computed from time-in / time-out records.” Your clocking discipline, measured for you.
- Custom KPIs — your company’s own metrics with targets and grades.
- Productivity (AI) — workstation signals: Last signal, Last status, Idle/total (day).
- Productivity (Zagidee) — task tracking: Total Tasks, Done, In Progress, Total Logged.
Bee’s tipRotten attendance drags the whole card down — attendance KPIs are never manually entered.
3Review and acknowledge
Reviews run twice per year, in June and December. When your grades are ready you’ll see the “Acknowledgment of results” step.
- Wait for all grades — “Custom KPI grades for this period are not complete yet.” means the period is still open.
- Acknowledge once everything is final; that acknowledges you’ve seen the results.
- Grading and viewing other people’s KPIs is restricted — “You are not authorized to grade this employee.”
