Track company assets and report issues

1See what’s assigned to you

AssetHive is the equipment register. Each asset carries an Inventory ID (auto-assigned on save), category, serial, model and a status: Available, Assigned, In Repair or Retired.

1. Open Company › AssetHive.
2. Open an asset to see its details and Asset QR Code.
3. Only Admin can add assets and assign them to employees.

2Report a problem

Something broken? Report it instead of waiting for it to fail twice.

1. Open the asset and click Report Issue.
2. Enter a Title and Description — include what you were doing when it broke.
3. Track it through Open → In Progress → Resolved → Closed.

3Scan a QR code

The Scanner page verifies equipment on the spot: “Align the QR code within the frame.” You’ll get “QR code verified successfully.” or “Verification Failed” — use it at inventory time or when collecting a device.
