1What is BeeConnected HRIS?

BeeConnected is your company’s people system: attendance, leave, requests, payslips, performance, learning and company announcements — all behind one sign-in. You only ever see the modules your role is allowed to use.

Bee’s tipMost employees need only three modules day to day: Time, Leave and Payslips.

2The main areas of the app

The left sidebar groups everything into eight sections. You’ll use My Workspace most, People and Company hold shared records, and System is for Admins.

1. Dashboard and My Organization — your day at a glance and the org chart.
2. My Workspace — Buzz, ConnectHive, My Info, Leave, ESS Hive, Requests, FileHive, Overtime, Time and Coop.
3. People and Company — PIM, Directory, KPI, IPCR, Memos, ToolsHive, PolicyHive, AssetHive and Surveys.
4. Learning and Payroll — the LMS, your learning path, payslips and payroll.

1. Secure your account with 2FA or a passkey.
2. Clock in once so your attendance record starts.
