Sign in with a password, passkey or 2FA
Three ways into your account, and how to set each one up
1Sign in with your password
Use the work email address your Admin gave you. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Open the login page and enter your Email Address and Password.
- Tick Stay signed in on a device you trust — leave it off on shared computers.
- Click Sign In (the button reads “Signing in…” while it checks).
Bee’s tipStay signed in keeps you in for weeks — never use it on a public or shared machine.
2Sign in with a passkey
A passkey uses your face, fingerprint or device PIN instead of a password. It only appears if your browser supports it.
- On the login page, look for the OR divider.
- Click Sign In with passkey and follow your browser’s prompt.
- Register your first passkey later under My Info › Personal Details › Passkeys.
3Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)
With 2FA on, a password alone is not enough to sign in — you’ll also enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
- Go to My Info › Personal Details and find Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
- Click Enable 2FA, scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or use the Manual entry secret.
- Enter the 6-digit Verification code to confirm.
- Next sign-in, you’ll land on the two-factor challenge — type the Authenticator code and click Verify Code.
Bee’s tipLost your phone? An Admin can disable 2FA for you from System Users — ask before you’re locked out.
