Clock in and out with a photo

The one habit that keeps your attendance record clean

1Clock in

You can punch from the Dashboard or the Time module — both do the same thing.

 1. Click Time in (Dashboard hero card) or open Time › Attendance › Punch In/Out.
 2. The date and time fill in automatically — don’t try to change them.
 3. Take the photo when the camera opens: “Take a photo (required for punch in/out)”.
 4. Add a Note if you need one (late, work-from-home, client visit), allow location if the browser asks, then confirm.
Bee’s tipIf location pops up, click Allow — “Location access denied” ends the punch for most setups.

2Clock out

When your shift ends, click Time out and repeat the photo step. The system computes your duration for the day and shows it in your records.

 1. Stay on the page until the confirmation appears.
 2. Forgot to clock out? Tell your supervisor — corrections go through an ESS Hive ticket.

3Where the punch lands

Every punch writes a row in Time › Attendance › My Records with the source, note, location, photo and duration. That row is what payroll and KPI attendance read from.

 1. Open My Records after your first punch to see it.
 2. The header pill on the Dashboard updates immediately after a punch.
