I can’t sign in
Password, 2FA and passkey problems — checked in order
1Check the basics first
Most lockouts are simpler than they look.
- Confirm you’re using your work email — personal addresses won’t exist.
- Retype the password (it’s case-sensitive) or use your password manager.
- If “Stay signed in” was off on a shared machine, you may just be signed out — sign in again.
2The 2FA code is rejected
Authenticator codes expire every 30 seconds.
- Wait for a fresh code and enter all six digits before it rotates.
- If your phone’s clock drifted, sync time in your authenticator app settings.
- Still stuck? Ask an Admin to Disable 2FA for you from System Users, then re-enrol from My Info.
Bee’s tipNever share a code — anyone with it plus your password is in your account.
3The passkey fails
“Passkey sign-in failed.” or “Unexpected response. Try signing in with your password.” usually means the browser or device changed.
- Fall back to Sign In with your password.
- Once in, re-register a passkey under My Info › Personal Details › Passkeys and remove the old one.
- Passkeys are per-device — a new laptop needs a new one.
