Camera, screen share and what happens after you submit

4 min read·Updated Oct 2026

1Before you start

Proctored exams need working hardware — set it up before the clock matters.

  1. Confirm your camera and microphone work in your browser.
  2. Close anything you wouldn’t want on a screen share — the exam asks for Screen share.
  3. Read the Passing score shown on the exam page.
Bee’s tipTake the exam somewhere quiet with a stable connection — proctoring uploads evidence as you go.

2During the exam

The Exam proctoring panel runs for the whole session: camera on, screen shared, answers submitted in the portal.

  1. Start the exam from the course’s Exam tab.
  2. Stay in the exam tab — gaze and focus checks are logged.
  3. Submit when you’re done; “answers cannot be submitted” in preview mode means you’re not enrolled.

3After submitting

Once submitted, your result lands on the course Status tab and, if passed, unlocks the certificate card for Download PDF.

Bee’s tipPractice first with a Quick Quiz — same material, zero proctoring.
